During the 1980's and 90's Howard photographed many of the political party conferences, being commissioned by The Independent, Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, Sunday Times and The Observer.
He has recently been collating thousands of these negatives to hopefully bring together a book and major exhibition next year. These 24 images are from the first cut.
